Is it a deal breaker for you if she won't, is it a deal breaker for her if you keep asking?

If the answer to those questions is yes you're not compatible. That's fine, not everyone is. However trying to change the person you're with to improve compatibility never works.

My advice would be accept its never going to happen and make your choices based on that.
