Of course. We know people who have had it. Usually d*unken one offs but hey ... Best thing is to find a girl who is into both and suggest to her. Some ... in fact a lot of girls are genuinely as dirty as the boys and will happily jump into bed for no strings fun.

I as a single lady actually prefer mmf to ffm, but I do get loads of requests.

I even get some fffm requests so it does happen, patience and all that
