.....of women over a size 18?

I'm never sure whether guys on here just say they think you are gorgeous and my pics are sexy just because they want to get laid.

I don't find overweight men attractive at all and wouldn't sleep with a women of my size (22/24) so I struggle to identify if the 'hot' men really want ME or just a spunk repository (obviously with a condom before anyone asks)

Am I thinking about it too much? I can appreciate I'm good company but I've seen some posts on the forums from guys suggesting all single women on here are fat and couldn't get a shag outside of fab

There are men who genuinely adore bigger ladies. But saying that men when they want to get their end away will say a lot of things.

The competition on here is fierce so even getting a woman's attention is something major.

A glance at any of the webcam rooms shows how a woman no matter what she looks or how old or young can have a whole room of men all saying she's the most beautiful woman in the world etc, of course she's at that moment probably rubbing her boobs on cam and may get them out so they can get off. So I tend to think some men do say anything.

Guys lack confidence too so many will feel more confident and comfortable being with a curvy women rather then a stunning slim chick. Many women will admit they will feel self concious sleeping with a guy who is 6'5 model six pac etc. Its same for men. Thats what I think.

Think of this, do all men like RED wine versus WHITE wine? What about skin colours? Football teams, Blonde hair/Brunette hair...

Then bring in Darwinian thinking. Survival of the fittest and natural selection.

This all boils down to "Why can't they". As a guy who is with a larger lady, I have always loved the curvier and rounder female bodies. But I also fancy the skinnier girls too. The difference being is I see different qualities in all people and therefore can be attracted to all qualities. Be that a lovely pair of big boobies, rotund bouncing bum, sexy long red/blonde hair etc etc etc...

We would not have the variety of body shapes and sizes in society if they were note attractive as the would gradually be weaned out naturally.

As for a confidence boost for the larger lady.. Go along to one on the Big Girls Paradise parties... Think about all the skinny girls nights out, where you might not be happy as they are surrounded, and realise at those parties that the skinny girls are sidelined BIG TIME!

We have been there a couple of times, and Emma definitely felt appreciated... But she was a little too small for some guys!

It's fairly simple, some men are into larger women, but generally a majority of those saying that on here are just after a quick shag and would still prefer a slimmer or more average sized woman. Larger ladies don't do much for me (above say size 16) but its all about personal preference.

A few years ago I used to meet a guy off here, I used to be about a size 22/24 and he mailed me asking to meet, this guy was drop dead gorgeous and at first I said no as I knew inside there was no way he'd like me, but he carried on mailing me, he was really nice so in the end I agreed to meet him, he turned up and I took one look at him and thought, what the hell am I doing here, he was good looking, gym fit body, nice personality, to me he had it all and I had no idea why he was even meting me

Anyhoo....

To cut a long story short we got on like a house on fire and met regular for about 6 months till he had to move away with work and we stopped meeting

After we stopped meeting I joined weight watchers and lost over 9 stone going down to a size 12

One day out the blue about a year after we last met this guy mailed me saying he was in the country for a few weeks and would love it if we cough up, I agreed as we got on

I didn't mention I had dropped about 6 dress sizes since we met I thought id surprise him

When we met he walked straight by me at first till I called him, he turned round and looked me up and down and said

What have you done to yourself?

I replied ive lost weight

he told me I looked shit and we had one drink and he left

So yes some guys really do like big women

I find that it isn't Body shape per say that gets me excited about a woman, its confidence.

in some ways that's true but some men just are not attracted to bigger ladies and no matter how confident the woman is they still wont be attracted to them, may as well be honest

I genrally prefer women with a few curves (so somewhere between 12-18ish) but don't often find many above that sort of size range appeal to me- but it really does depend on each woman as the largest lady i've indulged in a little pleasure with was probably about a 24-26, but she just oozed sexiness and confidence and was fantastic fun. I also know someone who propports to be about a size 20-22, but has the most amazing "everything in proportion" amazonian type body.

Equally, I don't usually go for skinny girls as i like something to grab on to

but I have met with ladies who were quite tiny as I found them to be attractive, sexy and we just clicked. So while I may have a sort of guide to what i'm looking for I'm equally happy to rip up that guide if I find someone i'd love to spend some time with

Speaking as a larger women, some men genuinely like them, some just want a hole for the night.

I've met some real fitties on here that probably wouldn't give me the time of day at a bar, but I've also met some fitties that I can socialise with and can call them friends.

On the opposite end I can also go on the pull and grab a fittie so it's not all about looks for men, although yes it probably is the beer goggles

It all depends on how you carry yourself, I don't find myself attractive but I have the right attitude and understand that yes some men are just after their hole on here and will say anything, so I can't say it really bothers me, everyone likes what they like and I like being a dirty secret for the right lad.

Saying that, I've met a few people on here I wouldn't go with on a night out just because I wanted my hole, so I'm not any better

I like curvy women and I always encourage them to say hi. If a woman is too slim, I find it less appealing but that's my preference. We all have preferences so there's no point dwelling on it! A lot of women say "6ft plus" and I'm a short arse! But I do ok on and off site. Just concentrate on having fun!

A woman can be stunning at any size.

However when I look through a lot of men's public photos, I am talking about the ones were they are intertwined with a woman, not the close ups, but the full body shots, it is normally a very slender woman they are with. You rarely see a man displaying a picture with them playing with a larger woman, unless it is their partner, or close up.

It would seem that although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, conventional beauty still wins when it comes to this.

OP I am a larger lady, I don't have issues outside of Fab attracting men. But yes to most being larger does really matter, especially when men are too concerned about their public image.

It doesn't bother me, nor get in the way of me having my fun though.

Maybe liked your curves just not you?? Sorry if that's harsh but just because they don't meet you again doesn't mean they were lying about liking curvy ladies.

I have met loads of guys that genuinely like big ladies. One or two if them Said I wasn't Big enough for them

I have also met guys who were just horny and wanted a fuck but that's ok because I was the same so see me shame in meeting them.

For a year prior to launching my single profile a few months ago I had had a couple profile with my partner.

My first solo meet was with a guy I have been chatting to for almost a year without meeting. During that time we met several times socially. My point is that there are genuine men out there who like larger women OP.

As a larger lady I am having lots of regular fun with a small group of men. We socialise as well. They are not ashamed of being seen out with me, just because of my size. OP there have been plenty of kind comments in the thread too but they will always be accompanied by negative comments, don't take them personally.

Ask yourself what you want from the site, if you need meets simply to make you feel accepted then in the end it will only be destructive.

You should be meeting the guys YOU want to meet not just those that want to meet you. Chat with them for a while, those that are only after a quick shag are likely to give up quickly whilst the more genuine guys who like YOU will be happy to let you set the pace.

Be guided by what works for you not others regardless of what they say.

Its also worth remembering that just as many slim or thin women and men have problems with self esteem, they are not reserved only for the big!!

We're basically saying here that men go for slim women the majority of the time and the only time they go for a woman with a fuller figure is when they want to get their end away. While I can appreciate that might be the case on some occasions, it's not accurate at all.

Everyone has their preferences but to assume that most men would do that is presumptuous and slightly offensive.

Also we all know that everyone has their preferences and the reality of the situation is that on here most men woukd say anything to get their leg over. I think its good to be honest tho if they didn't like it they wouldn't meet you.

Is it closer to truth? Has there been an extensive study?

I've nothing against people's thoughts. The only thing I wanted to highlight is that people have preferences and to suggest to a guy that he's only with a person because he couldn't find get what he wanted can be offensive to him and the person they're with.

We'll never know a person's true intentions until we're engaging with them in conversation or a meet.

So while I appreciate it's a factor, I'm going to give people more credit.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but was the thread not asking for opinions on how men feel about bigger women ?

Two things that the forums have taught me are that you can always rely on conflicting views and you can always rely on some of those view being explicitly patent in their content.

Putting a thread up like this is very unlikely to lead to an ego boost if you already have issues with how you see yourself.

As others have said, there were plenty of guys who like bigger gals and there are more, like me, for whom it isn't an issue despite not being a total preference (in that other factors play a part in meeting, not just someones build).

I would say you need to work on liking yourself before you ask others to make comments on ladies your size.

Unless you do, others may just think that you are utterly gorgeous but you won't want to believe them an that in itself is very sad.

Like Jo mentioned above, big guys have it tough here too but I've never moaned because I like me and I totally get that whilst someone of my build wouldn't necessarily be on my own radar, I may just be on someone elses.

Sorry if some of the responses have made you feel crap, but I think that you must have felt that way before (about yourself) otherwise your ability to shrug off the negatives would have been easier for you to do than it has been.

Well I'll just say that although all ladies have different qualities, I do really like the fuller figure ladies I can't really put my finger on why but I just do, of I'm out and about it tends to be the fuller figured ladies that catch my eye more than leaner ones, I guess it's just human nature and I wouldn't do for us all to like the same thing
