Easter holidays.. 2 couples waiting for long time

I have been texting with a colleague of mine for long and now we might have the possibility to meet during the easter break with our partners. I imagine she is kind of interested in my wife and my wife she is definitely into her and most probably the husband. Only problem is.. I don’t think she trust us to be transparent and move into it
