I think *if it's true*that Lily Philips needed surgery after the back door challenge then her body is going to be different.

I don't know if a man taking on the same challenge and needing surgery afterwards would be treated the same .

There’s a massive difference how many of those women having sex with the same guy multiple times are doing it for hours on end I’d say not very many

Oh it was her friend who had the surgery.

Personally I think any sexual activity that carries a risk of doing so much harm that you're going to need surgery afterwards is irresponsible. (I exclude the risk of pregnancy and c sections etc).

When sex leads to reconstructive surgery it no longer fun and games.

But this is an extreme case. And probably a result of lack of planning and judgement and or poor execution of said bad plan.

There may have been underlying medical issues that would have been exacerbated by things like pre-existing scar tissue, lesions, tears or ruptures, hemeroids, or prolapse. Ir simply, insufficient or incorrect lube, lack of preparation by way of foreplay and toys etc hygiene etc.

Then if the guys weren't selected we'll, briefed and prepared well to be be gentle and how not to damage her body, then I can Imagine them ramming their cocks up her like knobheads and banging away for their own pleasure without considering what harm they could be doing or compounding. Can't understand why nobody discusses or criticises the role of the men involved in this?

A healthy Pussy or Arsehole is incredibly capable of stretching enormously and recovering under the right conditions. And with the right preparation, training and above all given enough time to do it slowly! Think Childbirth, toys, fisting etc.

So purely physicaly it wasn't necessarily a terrible idea, but it was definitely a bad plan and poorly executed!
