I live in Nottingham and have driven as far afield as Sheffield (30 miles) Northampton (40 miles) and west mids (bout same) for a meet. Would possibly consider further for the right person: people..

And I mean purely for a meet (for those long distance drivers out there lol)

Anyone beat that?

That would be a matter of perspective. From personal experience - in all my years on here I've only 'met' one person from London. All the others were hundreds of miles away.

London is...somewhat lacklustre, unfortunately.

To be honest, I agree. In spite of the larger population in London, the most fun I've had has been anywhere north of here - Liverpool, Montrose, Irvine, Sheffield....
