Had it become the new normal that after a few messages you get asked do you spoil someone if you meet them and then a blatant request for money to meet

Or have I just been unlucky the last couple of days

Don't feel special; I had the same last week. You can try reporting them, but those people tend to disappear then list up a new profile soon after.....
