We bought some reasonably priced ones from the website that does everything.

It depends what you are looking for. They can be used to restrain in a variety of positions, you can find some which have cuffs for ankles and wrists and some that can be attached to the neck via a collar which can help put the legs in any position you like.

Have a few examples on the public pictures.

Love them. I was in one while my husband and some guys watched a fight on TV. They took turns with me as soon as there was a break in the fight.

The biggest issue is the length of the spreader bar. Generally they should be shorter than one might expect. Bars that are too long are painful after only a few minutes of bondage.

You can spend a fortune on fancy adjustable ones of course but I make my own from wooden broom handles wrapped in black PVC insulation tape with 55 mm screw eyes on either end. Wrist and ankle cuffs are then attached to the eyes using carabiners.

I have five different spreader bars in my toybox. One long one for arms, one medium for legs then three custom measured ones which can be configured into a H frame. Two of these H frame bars have special D rings in the middle so that a couple of carabiners can be used to construct the H shape. This allows my subbie to be kept in a stable, secure and comfortable position on her hands and knees.

This sounds like great fun. Will have to invest in one so we can give it a try. X
