What do women like to see men dressed in when in the bedroom. Apart from the standard boxers briefs etc. are there any body harnesses or other items that the ladies like to see a man in?

Not harnesses as such but I think nice pants make a lot of difference, I have bought my husband loads and especially love the silk ones, they look and feel amazing.
