Without sounding ungrateful it can also be a double edged sword. i have literally fainted during orgasm, fallen over bambi like when I've tried to move too soon afterwards and suffer from cotial cephalagia ( the medical term I believe for a particular type on headache caused by orgasms)

So whilst a multiple orgasm is a blessing, it’s not always positive. Still, I’d rather have than have not.

I'm very lucky that if I am going to orgasm.. it is usually multiple.. however it's rare in a play situation.

With my partner or people I know really well... then yes.. but new people it is very very rare I will orgasm at all...

I can orgasm through oral, fingers or penetrative sex... I have also been known to cum from no physical stimulation at all... the mind is a powerful thing.. and its also what stops me in many play situations..

It did take me a long time to be able to relax and orgasm though.. now.. sometimes I'm like opening a can of pringles.... and will orgasm over and over again.
