I know there’s people who are repeat summers and others who are not

Just wondering what people’s recovery times are vs age etc

I’m 48 and obviously not like when I was 21

There are certain things that get me back up quickly and wife knows that

Today managed 3 rounds over hour and half and after about 15 mins back up for a fourth

After that think the old man needed a rest

Don’t think that was too bad

And that was natural without supplements

I'm still quite good, but that will fade I'm sure. Depends what I've been eating.

If I intake alot of carbs, protein and pineapple juice I'm insatiable.

If I'm running on empty I have to pace myself.

Also helps if the person/s I'm playing with are turning me on.

I can go for 6 hours in a session. I always have porridge beforehand…… slow release energy and all that……. I do suffer from dehydration though so always take a bottle of water with me…..
