Depends on what I’m going to be doing in them.

At the gym or working out then underwear

If just at home then no underwear

Oh, can I answer as well 😀😀😀😀 as I wear compression leggings due to Lymph node removal. Around the house I will go without , but out and about I will wear boxers. I do use some ladies body shaping legging as they provide enough compression along side skins series 5 xx
