It isn't about morals, it is about common sense and self respect. If he likes being "used" then he can go right ahead. When the future comes to bite him in the ass, he can't look back and say "if only i hadn't shagged her....." when he clearly had a choice.

In my opinion there is too much emotional baggage involved in this story for a night of passion to be worth it.

However I get the feeling that you are changing your _iews, ie saying that you thought about it and decided you could never do that to a mate, because the majority of posters advised it was a bad idea.
