I’m 6ft 5 and my ex was 5ft 4, to be honest it’s was not ergonomic for both of us, I had to bend to even kiss her, it’s was not possible to have standing sex unless I am in a weird position. 69 was not possible, but yea there are ways around it.

we have a similar height difference but we do manage... me being very flexible helps and I manage a 69 okay xxx
