You know what worse than no photos on a profile? Fake photos.

So many people think it's sensible to use filters and apps to drastically change their appearance

I am talking mostly about cd/tv.

This is a website designed for hooking up so I have to question the logic behind providing a photo that isn't realistic then rocking up to a meet and not expecting the other person to be furious at the deception

Yep, we agree.

We see a lot of photos that have either been discreetly or obviously filtered, by couples and singles. We immediately move on because that initial attraction was false. Plenty to choose from that don’t do it

Oh this is a massive thing for us...

So many send snapchat pics with filters etc...

We try steer clear of those profiles. We are very transparent with our face pics and we expect the same

There is a difference between applying filters to a picture, and using one of those make up or gender swap apps to change your appearance vastly from what it normally is.

I don't see the former example as being much different from taking pics from flattering angles or wearing make up for photos.

I totally agree. Especially with Tgirls. I've seen some absolutely stunning pics on here of girls I know personally and haven't recognised them as they've been so heavily filtered. It seems really unfair on anyone who meets them

I don't mind filters or apps if it tweaks the appearance by 5-10% a. Bit of better lighting or contrast etc

I am referring to those who turn up looking totally different

I chatted to 2 tgirls and arranged to meet them at a London party. One of them was blonde pretty and looked to be about 30yo.

I'm being 100% factual when I say that a fat 60 year old TV greeted me warmly and I had no idea who the fuck she was

She later admitted her photo was about 2 decades old AND from a professional makeover.
