I’d recommend a decent chat, possibly a social but make sure that whoever you pick is right for both of you. This is an intimate relationship and best not done fleetingly, unless that is really what you want.

My advice would be most guys in your local area would be interested. Rather than be swamped, and maybe overwhelmed is actually block single guys messaging you. Then use search to browse guys in area you like and any profiles/photos that make you want to know more then message the guy first. They will be able to respond as you emailed already.

Based on that conversation could lead to social or play meet.

The low effort method… Find couples in your area who you identify with / appear to have similar tastes and aspirations…

Go through their verifications- the guys that have verified them and that they have verified in return. Go through the guys other verifications and see who he meets and see what they have to say about him too.

It’s also acceptable to message a couple and ask about a guy they’ve met. I’ve had a few meets where they have been the result of ‘referrals’.

In all cases BOTH of you must like the guy and be comfortable.

Do a social meet beforehand- even if it’s a quick face to face on neutral ground like a local pub before playing (make it clear in messages that if there’s no spark, it ain’t happening). There’s a vast difference between people and the personality they project when messaging, the pictures they provide and how they are in real life. So many complaints about physical attributes, charisma, personality, appearance, confidence, their voice, smell even. A physical presence is crucial.

No guy with experience of swinging will begrudge a face to face beforehand. He’s got to be comfortable with you both too. Have fun!

Not looked at your profile but your know the difference in mmf and mfm? You'll attract a different type of guy.

Other than than, make sure they're verified, put some effort into their profile, willing to send an up to date pic, have a phone call, and that their pictures match up. If something smells off it probably is.

It's daunting no doubt, but if you set rules excitement takes over, you are always able to stop things so don't go along with anything for sake of moving, taking 5 mins, saying it isn't working or you look nothing like your pics - it's not happening tonight.

If you want bi (mmf) as opposed to straight (mfm), you need to ensure the guy is genuinely bi. Do this by asking for an MM meet as a first stage. That will normally sort out the wheat from the chaff.

I would recommend having a social with them first so that you can get a feel for them and if there is any attraction. Also chat to a few see what they are like if they are pushy then give them a miss. I would recommend reading their verifications if they have any. That’s all I can think off the top of my head

Someone who's not pushy, is there to help with your experience and not just their own, willing to accept boundaries and is discreet.

We chatted to a few people over the course of a few weeks, sure enough most got impatient withing a day or so, so they werent for us, we were perfectly happy to wait and glad we did

Don't rush take your time and if something feels off it probably is. There are alot of nice guys here but also alot of dodgy ones. Read the veris, get talking for a few days, get comfortable maybe meet for a social first to put any nerves at ease and go from there.
