I've never encountered this, so I can't really say. I do love cum and that's a big turn on for me... I guess if said guy was still demonstrative and I knew beforehand, and they still made all the right noises, then it would be OK.

I think I'd struggle to live without it forever.

I can sometimes suppress the flow of cum while still have the orgasms. My bonus is i build up to a second or third before my cum flows. The woman's bonus is she just keeps cumming.
