Personally I've zero problem with that and I actually find it a BIG turn-on. I'd happily date another girl who chose to earn a living in that way, but then I don't have a jealous bone in my body and sharing is really my thing.

This! There's quite a lot of accounts that their true motive isn't actually swinging but meets for their "subscription services" site, shall we say. Even if they're not allowed to explicitly advertise it, there's a few where it's absolutely blindly obvious and they don't try to hide it.
