I've lately noticed i really struggle to fully climax (and I know, I'm a squirter) regardless of arousal. I feel like it's because of toy (vibrator) use since my teens.

Is there an option to 'wean' off them? I dont want to short change myself but equally don't want to rely on toys every time!

(I take ssri but no hormonal contraceptive if that matters)
