Anyone know how to book daytime hotels? It may be easier for us to arrange things due to our working commitments and childcare commitments

There are a few sites that list hotels that rent rooms during the day and definitely a few hotels in Manchester or at the Airport do it. Just google day rooms.

"Village Hotel chain does them"

I think you can book them direct through the village website actually.

I concur with everyone above. Day Use and Village hotels directly. Never had a problem with either. The good thing about Day Use is you can pay on the day at check in and you can cancel 2hrs before your check in if unfortunately you have to change your plans.

I use dayuse.. I do quite a few photo shoots in hotels.

Alternatively try calling or emailing a hotel. Have had success doing that several times.

There are a number of sites I have used, some have different hotels available.

Dayuse is the one I use the most as I has a hotel close enough I enjoy using.

Just search in any search engine and there are a good three or four to select.

One or two on the services on the M1 at Barnsley. you have to book the room for the night, but you can pay extra for an early check-in which I used to use when I’ve seen a married woman. I used to pay for the room for the night and then I’d pay an extra tenner so I could check in at 11 o’clock. Use all afternoon then leave at 4 o’clock.
