Well this is one of my favourite things and I've received a number of times from women.

Can be strong and sour or very little taste, depending on how hydrated the person is. Oh - and if they drink squash with artificial sweeteners you can taste it!

If you are going to swallow from the source you need to time your breathing and swallowing to avoid choking - which takes practice!
