Had to share:

Just returned from a gangbang. Not my first ever but have to say it's been quite a while.

It was meticulously organised. I guess to get it right it has to be. 4/5 guys in 20-30 min slots over a couple of hours (organised on a spreadsheet I noticed); lady dressed in just stockings and seemingly loving all the attention; another lady fluffing(!); much respect from the guys as to dos and don'ts. All in all it was great.

So is the more detailed the planning the better? The guys were given a lot of instruction (how long to stay, what not to do, etc.) but I think without it it would have been less good.

I would hate it like that... Prefer to just have the guys and just play as we wish.

But as long as everyone had a good time it doesn't matter..

I've been to both ends of the spectrum really. Was part of a cracking gangbang that was meticulously planned like yours, but there were 10 guys present (including myself) so i guess it had to be.

The other one was more spur of the moment, 5 of us and was really a case of have a go whenever within the boundaries set. Again, was a great time, but a lot more informal.

Guess it depends on the hostess and the people involved.

Been to both kinds as well. A long, long time ago I actually planned one for a couple. I'm not the greatest of planners but have to say it did turn out alright. About 7 of an expected 12 guys turned up and there were all gents. The lady, was just terrific!

Because organising more than 3 or 4 guys is rather like herding cats! I know as I have arranged gangbangs myself. Luckily with success - it's getting them to turn up sometimes - especially if you try to give newer guys a chance!

In my OP I meant 5/6 guys for 30 min slots over two hours. Therefore circa 20-25 in total for evening. Hotel room size curtailed everyone being there at once.

For the record, there actually was timed slots (I know!). And yes (in reply to an earlier point) this really did happen. And yes, it all sounds cold and mechanical but my point is that it didn't feel that way.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I have done a GB which, more by accident than design, had two 'sittings' so to speak. Two guys were late so turned up just as a couple of others were leaving, and it turned out very well. I had the chance to catch my breath and then got two guys fresh and raring to go!

1. was it protected

2. was it in excel or another format

3. did he use Apple tablet or Desk top

4. did the he set the page breaks right

5. was there any colour coding used

6. was every attendee given there copy

I've never found the need to organise beyond getting the men there... Just let everyone get on with it.. I am quite capable of getting guys where I want them.. and I do it with a few more than 5... I would hate it to be on time slots.. although I will just swap as I please... And if a guy is trying to have me too much too himself I will move him along.

Having ground rules set out is one thing before the GB begins but to have extremities of the planning as the OP has described would put a dampner on proceedings for me...

Having a participating general who keeps an eye on the guys often rules out the need for white boards..

Everyone to their own and not knocking the OP.. Just my opinion!!
