Something I've experienced in the scene a few times is when a person runs something like a club event, social, group chat etc. on occasion they have some kind of weird power trip. Micromanaging something where they can control everything and everyone has to agree with them at all times, I just don't understand how that's productive or helpful. The worst thing about it is there are often very few other options so they still end up being popular and there is no incentive for them to change.

This community shouldn't force a mindset, mood or opinion on anyone and if you are in a group or at an event and you don't feel like you can be yourself, it's important to voice that and get yourself out.
