Are you using generic Sildenafil?

The tesco own ones are just 50mg whereas a GP can prescribe a 100mg does.

Also switching to a different brand as while the active ingredient is the same the preparation etc might be more effective for you.

Likewise switching to a different product such as Cialis as the different drug may work best for you.

As always this is not actual medical advice and ultimately people should be discussing with their GP and the usual lifestyle advice (less alcohol, saturated fat and stress, more rest, exercise and lose weight as undiagnosed high BP is a very common underlying cause of ED)
