if your surious enough go buy some and experience it yourself.

theres 2 types though a screw tightening type or a scissor closure type.

my advice is to go with the screw type first

males can get an experience as the females do

No they are not painful if you go careful. I find the effects better after they are taken off but my nipples are really sensitive anyway

yes they do

do they hurt not really and it depends on how you use them

go into a fast type clamp like ones below and you will feel them when they are fitted and when they are removed

scissor clamp type

screw type is best as they are adjusted and they can be clamped tighter and tighter

your nipples will still be sensitive when they are removed

the same as a ladys

the type with a chain on them adds more stimulation to the nipples

by adding a small weight to them the sensations are hightened as it tugs on each nipple with every movement

Another type of nipple clamp is the "Double Bar Pincher" which resembles two wire bars, with elastic rings bringing the two bars together, the nipple is between the two bars, and the elastic ring can be adjusted up and down the bars depending on the pressure required. Correct usage of these is to have the bars positioned below the nipple and then in this position the pressure can be adjusted and this can help orgasm.

For the more extreme users, the bars can be positioned directly on the nipples, but the elastic ring should be positioned on the outer edges of the bar, moving the rings closer to the nipple will intensify the pain, as this is the sole reason for using directly on the nipple.
