I had quite a few mmf, some of them being the first time for the couple. I would suggest to look for the best male candidate in Fabs in your area, open a conversation, set limits and expectations, meet for a social with some drinks to warm up and let chemistry do its work.

Choose someone who's respectful and respectable. Most single men in a club are more than happy to oblige. We have had some really enjoyable sex when one, two, three or more guys have joined us.

I have only been swinging for 15 years but back then I was told that when it comes to threesomes it's important to get the lettuce in the right order.

Make sure you both fully talk about what you both want to happen and set some boundaries but most of all you both have to 100% want to go through with it, our first one was one of the weirdest feelings because there's an overwhelming sense of jealousy but it was also massive turning on so it was a load of emotions at once lol, after the first one though the jealousy seems to fade and it's all naughtiness and enjoyment from all

Always be honest with each other about it and don’t force the issue -either of you. Also be prepared for reality. Imagining and talking about your partner having sex with another man and enjoying it can be hard for sone men. The same for women - enjoying another man inside us with partner watching or even joining in.

We also used to talk about our feelings afterwards and had a stop word too.

Fortunately we both love it still but those early days were an emotional roller coaster at first

Our first experience wasn't as good as it should have been. The man pretty much dictated it and we felt it ran away with itself. It felt were joining in with him, not the other way round

Our fault, we weren't prescriptive enough around what we wanted

We should have talked it through more and considered more eventualities. It wasn't bad per se, but led me to be much more in charge next time.
