Advice for anal prep and cleanliness

Hi guys,

I’m reaching out to any and all people who enjoy anal sex for advice on prep and cleanliness…

So I (the male) am wanting to experience my first bi, real penis anal…

I have received anal play numerous times before but only with the missus, strapons, toys, fingers etc and of course, every now and then things are messy… that has had a bit of an impact on my confidence with it, especially with being able to be spontaneous about having my butt invaded lol

I am aware and know how to do douching, but it doesn’t always seem to work, so I was wondering how you humans who like their colon tickled how you keep on top of not frosting the things that go inside and what you do for those times when you want to be spontaneous and may not have had the chance to do a full on prep?

Any and all advice is welcome, both on here and to our inbox…

I want to be able to not be hesitant and find a way to almost always be ready so that spontaneous invasions are possible…

Increase fibre intake. There is no way to get entirely “clean” without fasting and taking moviprep (look at colonoscopy prep). If the partner isn’t understanding that if they go down the hole that they’re likely to find the rabbit, then they shouldn’t be topping. Easy to say, but accidents do and will happen.

If you want further advice, lighter meals/soups before, and fibre fibre fibre. Try not to drink more water than you would do normally(2l a day), in case you flood your bowel.

Be cautious of douching and having bareback. The douche strips the natural lining leaving you more at risk of sti’s, and upsetting the guts natural microbiome.

I know that anyone who has been a top before and is experienced will of course know that mess happens and will more than likely have no issue on their side, it’s more the mental side for myself being in a position where that could possibly happen that makes me hesitant… even the possibility with Mrs has made me unsure about anal play with her and I know she would not care in the slightest…

I think that the idea of receiving anal and it being messy is putting up a barrier in my brain and making it really difficult to be up for it ahead of time which is why I’m looking for advice that will reduce the risk at all times so that I can be more spontaneous, if I’m horny and the possibility is there for that sort of play, my horniness leads rather than thinking what if?

When i google "flawless for men" i half expect some of the initial results to be from professional organizations like the NHS etc, but no im faced with facebook and tiktok, so in the first instance this should ring alarm bells, because that is a drug that your introducing to your gut, and the gut chemicals theirin and WTF is in this stuff and what guarantees have you got. Sorry id be sticking to stuff you can buy in a reputable pharmacy or prescribed by a Dr.

Personally before i go on a meet where i know i will be penetrated I always douche twice with hot water, and in an average washbasin of hot water ill mix in a table spoon of chlorhexidine

Hibiscrub Antimicrobial Skin Cleanser, and first douche is three or four of hours beforehand, the second an hour beforehand, but note this chlorhexidine is not designed for this purpose but properly diluted will cause no harm to the anal canal. As a general skin cleanser i trust this product implicitly especially as you will find this for handwashing in the majority of Accident and Emergency departments all over the UK.

This at the very least should overal give you some confidence that you have done everything you possibly can to minimize a mess lol. And of course lets not forget other drugs that are used in unprotected sex.

I both top and bottom depending on the situation. In my option (to be clear, my opinion not that of all as a female top), I would

Never ever expect my bottoms to put themselves at this much risk from a physical or mental headspace. I, personally, would never ever top someone this nervous. If I find someone in this place, would start slow, put their mind at ease and work on headspace and putting them at ease, not on my gratification or pushing boundaries. It wouldn’t be fun for either of us, if the bottom is this worried.

It’s not a load of chemicals, it’s a mixture of natural fibres, in an easy to swallow capsule.

It helps bind and clean naturally.

You SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT be putting hand cleanser in a douche..!

I use a bulb douche, and a full basin of warm water.

I find really 'filling yourself up' with several bulbs-worth works, then give yourself some time.

I use a butt plug & wait about 20 minutes then remove the plug.

Then douche fully again before showering.

The critical thing is making sure you give yourself time to relieve yourself of any residual mess.
