Regarding putting them on and taking them off, in my opinion you have to be fully flacid, the pop the balls through one at a time, once the balls are through the cock can be fed through the ring. As has been previously stated the metal ones give a much better feeling partially due to the weight of them.

I think 5mm and 10mm are the thickness of the s/s - mine are those sizes but 40+mm internal diameter. The 10mm is really heavy and great to walk around in as you feel the weight. The slightly tighter silicone ones are best for that bulging erection.
