Where does WE end and VWE start?

So like the header said, where does WE start and end, same for VWE? Seems to be huge discrepancies in people’s thinking. Need to put this to bed once and for all, let end end this thing. Probably ended a million times bit different each time 😂

Not really, an 8 with abit is still an 8 until it ticks over into a 9. No man's land is reserved for those under 7 😂😂
