If you've been blocked by someone here are some of the reasons

1: they don't fancy you

2: they fancy you but you might be too close to home

3: they fancy you but you're too far from home

4: they're inundated with messages and you didn't make the cut

5: they're taking a break

6: they've identified that you're a stalker and are avoiding you

7: you're too needy

8: you're too forceful

9: they find you creepy

10: they know you're the type of person who'll whine if you don't respond immediately to every message

11: if they block you you'll set up a forum post moaning about how it's so unfair

12: they've read your posts in forums and realise you're a knob

13. They just feel like it

Most importantly it's not personal because you don't know them so move along and try again.

15: They send a message that so obviously shows that they haven't read your profile.

You forgot the IPhone finger slip! We have accidently blocked someone it's easy on the mobile site if you have large hands like mine. One small slip of a finger can end it all.

I've blocked couples and single ladies before where there is no possibility of me matching their profile requirements. IE As I am a white, 6'5" man if someones profile says they only meet BBC or don't want to meet someone over 6 foot tall for example, I'll block as it saves them coming up in searches just to read that they won't meet me as I'll never be able to change thos physical attributes.

I disagree that it's contradicts itself. By it's very nature a personal comment or attack must be personal, and if the

Parties don't know each other then it's not personal,as in don't take it personally. If you (used in third person rather than first person here) wish to take it so then feel free to get upset. For example you've chosen to take my response personally when it's intention wasn't personal, but at the end of the day whether I think you're crying "day after agonising day" or not is irrelevant as we don't know each other.

The list by the way was meant to be tongue in cheek but it appears it may have touched a nerve.

Usually get blocked by men ( who write to me when my profile clearly states I am straight) and couples who do so after I say they aren't what I am looking for. Either way, it makes no difference cos I am not interested anyway and they actually doing me a favour by blocking me so I dont waste valuable time reading such couples' profiles.

We normally do that with people who send random requests so they can't send another one. We found it amusing and let them perv away. Next time we won't be so kind

What I think is really weird is that when I go onto the chat line to look at people camming some guys will instantly block me. As If I could give a toss about them.

Maybe in their little minds it's a way of "empowering" themselves by blocking me out.Or maybe they have issues with their sexuality ? LOL.

The majority of guys will message me when they know I've been looking at them on their cam and we can have quite a laugh. But these other guys who instantly block you - just weird.

FAB seems to a large chunk of 2 polar groups

The woe is me brigade who take personal offence at getting blocked and go into a deep depression

And the 'block police' who frequently quote the US constitution as enshrining their right to block anyone who looks in their general direction

Fortunately for the rest of us their seems to be another large group of more relaxed normal people somewhere in the middle

The block is a crude, but effective tool.

If for your own reasons, others don't respond, have a big no Bi men in the profile(though she is bi), age range, location, keep winking but delete your Hi email, and of course you don't find them suitable, blocking saves a lot of time by stopping you and them from interacting.
