It’s surprising how many club goers don’t visit their local club for fear of being seen.

Everyone we have personally spoken too travel further afield so in our view you are more likely to see someone somewhere other than the local club.

Kat has worked in Derby and is currently an instructor in the local community however we’re not put off going to the attic.

I am a little freaked out by someone not on here who found out about my lifestyle through a guy I was seeing. He had told his best friend about us and my relationship with hubby etc. A few weeks later said friend was asking him questions and tried to find me on social media. Turns out our kids are in the same class at school. I don't know this friend or his wife so now there are 2 people outside of the lifestyle who I don't know that are aware. We've been found but never found someone I know.

As a general rule of respect I would just ignore the fact I know them and quite possibly block if I thought necessary. Because genrally we come here with a hope at least of some privacy and anonymity (even if we know it can't be guaranteed). So it seems totally bad form to say hello, I see you and thus undermine that feeling of security/privacy. Because knowing people who know you know is not always what you want. We don't want to spoil other people's enjoyment of the site or make them feel less care free.

However it really depends who it is. There are are some people I know who would be OK with it and would have probably said hello first if they'd realised. But these a specific cases and based on a good knowledge of the individuals.

From another site about 5 years ago. A guy asked on the discussion side if anyone had seen his wife outside of the pics he posted.

I replied I had, and gave him rough dates and a location of the party they attended. (For most of the evening they sat opposite me and at the time, I was 99% certain who it was.) Then 3 months or so later the husband asked the question.

He denied it and basically called me a liar. Seriously weird as I was 99% positive it was them.

Never spoke to him again as seemed either a fantasist or a time waster. Shame his wife was seriously wonderful imho.
