I am a fairly heavy cummer IF I don't orgasm for about 5 days. The wife can in an instant tell if I have been wanking by the quantity. Not scientific I but enjoy edging for a few days, getting yourself right to the edge and stopping. And then when you do let go, for me it just seems to keep flowing.

Staying hydrated can help as well I believe.

Search the web for "cum holy grail" supplment regime. I have no idea if it works though.

Zinc - 30 mg. Zinc plays a key role in semen production and sperm health.

Copper - 4 mg. If you're taking a Zinc supplement, it's recommended that you also take a Copper supplement.

Lecithin - 1200 mg. You might see people recommend soy lecithin over sunflower lecithin, but there's no evidence that there's a difference between the two when it comes to how they work in your body.

L-Arginine HCL - 400 mg. Studies show that L-Arginine HCL supplementation can improve blood flow, improve fertility, and promote sperm health & activity.

Pygeum Bark Extract - 250 mg. Commonly used to treat or prevent an enlarged prostate, this ingredient also has the added benefit of increasing pre-cum and ejaculate levels.

Bromelain (Pineapple Extract) - 300 mg. This is a new addition for many people familiar with the cum holy grail. Bromelain is reported to improve the taste of semen.

Seems length of gap tim is most common. I'll try a gapping and see what happens
