A red flag is normally a sign that something is off or potentially dangerous.

You will hear people talk about they should have seen the red flags in real life that their ex was “controlling/crazy/insecure/aggressive” whatever.

Mainly used by women when talking about exes, “can’t believe I missed the red flag”. But can also be used by men.

In terms of profiles on here it’s referring to the things that are warning signs.

No verifications, not photo verified, assumed cheating on wife/gf.

The red flag for the latter is that all pics are hastily taken in the toilet when it’s clearly the only time they are alone taking pictures of their cock and don’t want their partner to see them taking it.
