Beards or Goatee?

I've just been to my barbers and the usual guy who does my beard wasn't in. The assistant who I've never had before was in and I let him trim and shape my beard.

Bad move he has butcherd it so I've had to shave in a goatee. Which do you ladies prefer a goatee on a guy or a beard?
