Sauna's come in various forms, ie clientele and mixed/same sex/naturist.

There are many gay saunas around the country and they are great to enjoy with chat and banter. Some are mixed and clothed (not for us), but some like BGHS in Brighton are mixed naturist. Fantastic.

Try a few and see.
