For what it’s worth I think it’s a terrible idea. You’re opening yourself (and her) to all manner of negative possibilities. My wife and I have been married for 8 years and trust each other implicitly…we wouldn’t do any ‘surprises’. Consent and agreement is key.

To play devil's advocate here, maybe it is something they have discussed and would like to happen, in that case there is something to be arranged, but it would take her meeting guys or speaking to them for sure before hand, otherwise, you are opening a whole other can of worms.

I haven't set up exactly this scenario, but I think it's perfectly possible to do with relative safety.

The main thing is to be confident that your partner knows her safe words and uses them, instead of just "accepting" things when it could be "awkward" to safe-word (or, just freezes up). It's also important to be able to recognise when there's something wrong, which just takes time and attentiveness.

I would recommend some "normal" gangbangs, time at a club, etc, so you can both build trust and experience - and I do mean both, you need to feel confident and comfortable too, not just trying to "live up to" her fantasies (and it's okay to say that, it takes time to learn someone such that you can take on riskier play with more confidence).

We’ve done this - C has been blindfolded and not known who has joined us.

I’ve chosen the guy, chatted and chatted and then arranged everything.

C has been fully aware someone else is joining us but never met or spoken to.

Each time has worked perfectly - C has got to take the blindfold off at some point but not before we’ve done plenty of things together.
