I’m wondering to what degree are these preventative treatments known about and used?

I use both. On top of regular STI screenings it gives me confidence I’m keeping this who visit the gloryhole as safe as I can in terms of STI transmission.

How are you on DoxyPEP? It isn't available on the NHS at the moment?

I purchase the Doxy at an online pharmacy. Much the way I purchased PreP privately before that was available.

We are aware but been told as we use condoms for sex that we can't have it as we play to safely
