As above, begin by douching THOROUGHLY, several times just to be sure, then prior to initiating sex warm up with a toy, this will help free any remaining water from the douching, and offer further reassurance that you're clean.

I remember once reading an interview with Aurora Snow, where she said that if she had an anal shoot one morning, she'd stop eating at 3pm the day before. I'm not sure how long it takes in total for food to pass through your system, but find that fasting the day before does greatly help with the cleaning process.

Anal sex can be a spur of the moment thing, but GREAT anal takes preparation!

Food takes a while to work through system, and you will know yourself if it ok or not...

Douching is good, just not too often...

all of the above..clean.clean and clean again..

Immodium stops any urges...and since food can take up to 24 hours to pass through that's rather extreme

Drink lots of water and avoid anything too strongly tasting...e.g spicy....

Relax and choose your anal partners carefully. An experienced man will deal with the issue without any fuss or embarrassment....Yours or his....xx

Digestion normally takes 4 - 5 hrs unless you have a particularly high or low metabolism....general rule of thumb though is (in my experience) try not to have a heavy meal within those hours and definitely visit the loo 1-2 hours before sex for a fairly extended amount of time, then douche repeatedly. That should work!

After douching give it a bit of time. You may find that there is still fluid in there for a while.
