This can be one of three things: User's account is suspended by admin, user has blocked you or you have blocked user.

Just had this pop up when attempting to view a profile that we have had no interaction with before. They’re not local to us and we haven’t blocked them. Their account isn’t suspended so the only explanation is they must have blocked us for some unknown reason. Curious indeed.

I've had this quite a few times now. Like you said, no previous interaction, never even seen them before so not blocked them and recent statuses or verifications given.

Peculiar.

I mentioned it here before and the most common response was that sometimes people block people they don't think they like to meet so avoid any future hiccups...

Still didn't check out in my mind lol

We use block as a filter, so no surprise if we experience the other way.

We usually add a note if we block a profile, it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve exchanged Fab names in a club and then realised we’d already blocked them

I totally agree with this, see it as they are doing you a favour and not allowing you to waste your time sending them a well thought out lovely message when you’re not for them.

why waste energy on it ??? people block for lots of reasons and not alway something bad ..

im a massive blocker and for lots of reasons you can only count the first page on the block list i think its 200 then they drop off the page so you no longer see them im in the 1000s because for me its just a tool to make my fab life easier im a massive pre block ie mainly local of whom id have zero interest in meeting ... i block those that are porn injected ... oral fixstated...beards/facial hair ...childish ... bullys... sexist /racist and other ''ist''... people who constantly have moany status ... people who name n shame and on and on..

i block those i know or think i know ..i block those that i deem too hot for me and on and on its not alwas for bad reasons

so its just a tool to make life easier its the best tool on fab
