So your off to a swingers club. Do you eat something light before you go and then smash the buffet or not eat at all whilst there, do you eat a good meal and leave the food, not eat and smash the buffet.

just being nosey

I can't eat a big meal before a meet, my stomach gets a little nervy so I don't eat a lot, I never eat at a buffet. So I have something small like an omelette before I leave home.

Oh and a few mouthfuls of cock while there

We have a light (garlic/spice free!) meal a couple of hours before going. After ending up at the McDonalds at the motorway services 'cause it was the only place open at 3am once, we now take a couple of sandwiches for on the way home cos we're always starving.

I don't think I would eat at the buffet of a swingers' club. Then again, I prefer to eat only lightly before sex, if at all. I like all my energy to be concentrated on the sex itself and not part of it in digesting the banquet I have just stuffed my chops with.

We never eat the buffet at a club so always have a light snack before going. In our case it's making sure we drink enough to keep us hydrated

On these lines, something light and some fuel afterwards

Ruby and I never touch finger buffets anywhere - let alone at a club! She used to own a restaurant and has done all the health and safety stuff and told me tales which would make your hair stand on end!!

Oddly, having given it a bit of thought, we tend to moderate our eating right from breakfast time when we know we're going to a club or a meet that evening. As I have to use Viagra, it's not good taking it on a full stomach, so I have to take that into consideration. We may have something light around 4pm'ish, but nothing then until on the way home - which is usually drive-thru crap unfortunately, as neither of us is disciplined enough to 'take a picnic' with us - lol!

Usually skip evening meal, as on way to club at the time I would cook normally.

Tend to have a cookie or chocolate bar in case munchies take over in my locker as the night progresses.

Eating a buffet at a swinging club is no more offputting than eating it at a wedding reception.

Most buffet foods have traces of urine and faeces on them, as many people don't wash their hands when they go to the loo and then tuck into the buffet, touching the plates, picking up food and putting it back etc.

we've never bothered in the clubs, we usually just grab something normal / pub meal early evening for us.

in terms of buffet action, chams has got to be the worst by far! we notice people starting to queue well in advance, and once the bar is covered with food (great...nowhere to get a drink for the next hour!) the tailbacks are huge! feeding time at the zoo always springs to mind. we usually head off upsatirs at this point and leave them to it. worth noting always makes sitting anywhere 'clean' after this point difficult, paper plates and half eaten food everywhere (they like to pile it high!).

Light meal, no onions/garlic

Never eat a buffet at a club, very rarely eat one out at all as you have no control over others personal hygene habits.

Never eat the nibbles on a bar!!

Not so much a reflection on the clubs more people and their personal habits, clearly not all.

But more than enough to put me off.

If you watch the movie 'Contagion' with Matt Damon where a bat drops a piece of fruit that's eaten by a pig that is prepared by a chef who is introduced to a person and the whole contagion is started...because he didn't wash his hands after touching raw meat.

I know you can take things to far and after all in a swinging environment you're hopefully going to come into contact with others, but you can't legislate for those who use the 'facilities' and don't wash after and then raid the Buffett! Just threw up a little in my mouth! lol

What has the bat dropping the fruit got to do with it - and did the pig eat the bat or the fruit and who ate the pig? I'm confused

Went to Newport chams at Easter and surprised by the appearance of a buffet, then more surprised by the quality of what was provided, people behaved well and just took a little. After reading all the above posts maybe us welsh peeps r just very well behaved, can't promise they all washed their hands but then as there was a lot of oral sex going on there that night the swapping of bodily fluids seems prolific already

Could never understand the need to have a buffet at clubs, drinks is fine, if peeps want a nibble during the evening its a lot easier to have something stashed away in the locker. Im sure club owners would perfer this too. Ugh the sight of sandwiches stuck in peeps teeth is soooooo off putting, free tooth brushes should accompany buffets !

lol

bats are known for carry some very nasty bugs, the fruit bat dropped a piece of fruit it was chewing on, a pig eat the piece of fruit.

pigs also carry bugs (swine flu)

so the infection from the bat mixed with the pig and the chef who was preparing the pig (cleaning inside its mouth) picked up the bug.

he was then asked to meet a person while prepping the pig and didn't wash his hands, shook hands with the person played by Gwyneth Paltrow.

she is now contaminated with this new virus and proceeds to contaminate others by various means with pretty horrific consequences.

blimey! watch the movie! 'Contagion' look up on IMDb..

the morals of the story are always wash your hands after preparing raw meat, always wash your hands after potty visits, never eat food at your work PC if you hot desk, and I prefer not to eat buffet at swinging venues! one other never double dip..

lol

Also hate handkerchiefs! gross! paper tissues fine as long as disposed of straight away and not saved to use later!!!!
