I had a couple wink me and upon my message saying thank you to the wink and hoping that we can get to chatting I was treated by a question that through me off "what could you bring us?" What does that even mean and how do you answer that?

It is about as helpful as an empty profile. Dont overthink it, you haven’t got enough information to stew over anyway. Given an honest reply that you’re comfortable sending and see what happens. Worse case they block you in which case it wasn’t going to work and they’re the ones with a problem.
