Like anything else too much zinc can be dangerous, the RDA for adults is around 9-11mg per day.

It can cause zinc toxicity starting at only 35-40mg, this can lead to gastrointestinal and urinary problems along with other things.

In extreme cases heavy metal poisoning, not pleasant.

Most of the organs in our bodies benefit and need zinc but caution is advised.

Don't know about volume or consistency, but there seems to have been healthier suggestions than zinc tablets. Ejaculation also robs the body of minerals so I take selenium that my nutritionist friend recommended. That is another one that you have to be careful with. Though hands down I have found abstinence to be the best for shooting a decent load. And I do mean shooting. It is like the wild west if I don't cum for a few days.

Started taking them a week last Saturday.

No side effects as yet so till taking one a day.

Haven't actually seen if any difference because the only two times i have ejaculated since then have been internal.

The first one was while being deepthroated and she did say that her mouth and throat were full when I came, so that was a good sign

and on Saturday night it was deep inside while doggy style so I didn't see if there was increase in volume but this lady did say she was leaking a lot soon after lol

Don't whack yourself full of zinc if you don't need to since it can lead to poisoning quite quickly. Celery is a better solution, just each a bunch in the morning before a meet.

Also, soya and tofu should help loads with the volume, as it would anything high on protein.

In addition soya products would help with libido as they are rich in amino acids that are the base of testosterone production.

Pro Tip:

If you value the good ol' pecker, try and not take any pills of any sorts.
