does anyone ever practise 'inescapable' time-lock self bondage when you sleep?

what i mean 'inescapable' is metal restraints with padlock, rather than rope bondage, so that no successful struggling is possible unless a key is avaliable, but you put it in a time-lock system for some hours, then you go to sleep. Do you feel good about that? Do you feel "regret" after some hours before the end-time?

Please share your experience.
