There's no actual sound. Just commotion and shouting

The only fun I've had from childbirth is having a go on the gas and air. Now that was great.

Is it the sound similar to water going down the plughole, slightly slurrpy, a bit like slwallalup. Or is it the groan and grunting and heavy breathing which would be closer to a woman reaching a climax.

Or is the phrase a woman shouts at her husband "I'm going to fucking kill you" while she's struggling to give birth.
