I've given the advice before with very little notice. But I listened to a sex podcast In which it suggested improving your gag reflex by holding your toothbrush down for a few seconds every morning as far back on your tongue as you can manage. In time you should be able to hold the toothbrush down on your tongue further and further back.

Yeah definitely don't panic...I'm a swimmer and must do mindful breathing because of the neurodivergent brain. so remembering those breathing techniques help.

It helps if I'm familiar with the cock and the person it's attached to.

I would find it hard to deep-throat someone that I don't have a prior connection to and sense of trust with.

It's easier with my regular partners. I'm less likely to panic with them...but...there's always a random out of the blue trigger lying in wait in my brain..
