I'm curious about the unspoken rules and expectations that people, both individuals and couples, feel they must follow when meeting someone new. I'm not talking about sexual expectations, but rather the general social norms and behaviors that are considered appropriate or inappropriate.

I have never considered this but thinking about it I expect appropriate behaviour for the setting we're in. I would and have stopped a man trying to get a bit handsy with me in a pub.

That they'd both want me to be there in equal measure.

I wouldn't feel like I was causing conflict in their relationship.

And... all three of us had a base level of respect for each other. Which extended to after it.

I'm basing this off the last threesome I had which definitely had some erm... less than pleasant times.
