Well due to the high number of no-show fantasists, I do the same as airlines and over-book.

On occasions all of them turn up, so I just have to bump all of them... At the same time... No tea or coffee, just me...

I can agree with you on that. I can't really understand why so many don't turn up after making an arrangement but going to a club does guarantee you that they've at least passed the turning up barrier.
