"Regular testing is what is most important. HIV can be protected agsinst now if you are tested regularly. HIV is now a managed disease rather as diabetes is controlled. It is not a disaster or such a fear as in was years ago. This stigma needs to be stopped and everyone should try to educate themselves to the advances in medical science and to regular STI testing. The comment about not showing symptoms is the most worrying to me. Then there is the situation that bare sex is somehow demonised yet most use no protection for oral sex at all. The " Genuine question... Your comment... "People live with HIV and are unable to pass the virus on if they are sensible and medicated properly." What does being "sensible" actually mean?

If people are regularly tested then there will be fewer issues and fear.
