What kind of interactions do you have with her normally? Has she ever been remotely flirty with you?

If the answer is no, probably best not to go there. You don't want to make her uncomfortable and compromise your respective living situations.

I once moved onto a slightly older womens spare room and we got absolutely wasted for the whole weekend which ended up in shagging.

Made it really weird as I was sleeping in this tiny room but some nights she'd invite me to stay with her and some nights not. She asked me to leave after about a month as she said it was messing with her head. Id also got locked out the night before pissed up bollock naked in the centre of Bristol and got arrested 😂. I realise this is of no relevance to your situation
