Has anyone been to both and what would you recommend for a single male looking to socialise and chat to people in the lifestyle? Looking to find a people with genuinely friendly and welcoming people and enjoy a chat

We have been to both and both are nice clubs with friendly welcoming people.

Our advice would be to try them both if you can and maybe some others also as everyone is different and enjoy different things at clubs as every single club is different and you may like a club that hasnt been recommended or not like one that someone has recommended to you.

Dont wait for people to come and talk to you go and talk to different people and get to know them.

Dont go to a club with the expectations to play always go with the mindset of you are going for a social to meet new likeminded people and if play happens then it happens.

Thank you. That’s great to hear. Absolutely have no expectations at all apart from learning and enjoying the experience. Could quite happily sit and chat to people all night. I don’t usually go up to people and chat to them as I feel I might be disturbing them, but need to get out of my shell a bit if going alone. Is greed to hear that both are friendly and welcoming.

I've never been to Pleasures so can't compare the two clubs. VA is open play only, no private lockable rooms. The couple of times I went, the music was very loud, making it very difficult to have any conversations going on at the bar, little bit easier in the play areas. It's a relatively smallish club.

I don't openly want to diss a club on a public forum as my experience may differ vastly from others. There are obviously people who love the place and didn't have the experience I had. I Don't mind discussing in private but I guess the only way you'll find out if you like a place is to go and make up your own mind.
